  • Complimentary parking for 5–6 cars is located in front of the property. Spaces are tight—please park considerately.

    - Street parking is not allowed.

    Additional paid parking is available 2 blocks away at a local residential complex.

  • Penthouse: 2 adults, 2 children (futon couch) or 3 adults

    Cowry: 2 adults, 1 child

    Pearl: 2 adults

    Conch: 2 adults (can fit a foldaway bed for 1-2 children if needed)

    Nautilus: 2 adults (can fit a foldaway bed for 1-2 children if needed)

    Triton: 2 adults, 2 children (futon couch)

    NOTE: A foldaway bed must be requested and is an additional $25/reservation for set-up and break-down.

  • Yes, with prior approval only. Rates vary by size, type, and duration.

    Guests must respect quiet hours. Unapproved parties are not permitted.

  • Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee of $25 per reservation.

    Please respect others on the property and keep your pet leashed at all times. Pick up and dispose of pet waste accordingly.

    Negligence of pet behavior may be charged a littering fine.

    • A full refund will be issued if a government-mandated evacuation order is in effect for our location due to a tropical storm or hurricane.

    • If severe weather disrupts travel but no evacuation order is issued, guests may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future stay at management’s discretion.

    • No refunds will be provided for normal inclement weather, including rain, wind, or rough surf, that does not impact guest safety.

  • Golden Cowry, Pearl & Penthouse Suites: Enter through front lobby with a digital code; then access your suite via a separate lockbox code.

    Conch, Nautilus & Triton Suites (ground floor): Direct exterior access via labeled lockboxes.

    Ground floor suites access: Walk down stairs on the right toward the beach; first landing on left is shared balcony: Conch, Nautilus (middle), Triton.
